Sewing badges on a cadet uniform

Not always easy to figure out where a new badge goes.  Some cadets will receive more than one badge to be worn on his/her uniform on the same year. It is important to know that the badges have to be sewn on the uniform either by hand or with a sewing machine.  It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to use any glue to place the badges on the uniform sleeves.
