The objectives of our Effective Speaking optional activity are:

• Improve our cadet's communication skills and public speaking with a greater sense of confidence.

• Offer our cadets an opportunity to improve their reasoning abilities and to express orally their ideas with a positive impact;

• Link the effective speaking skills development to the citizenship values promoted by the cadet program ;

• Increase public awareness of our cadet abilities by exposing them to a variety of audiences in the community.
