As part of our optional activity program, we offer our cadets the possibility to learn Taekwon-do self-defence skills and a fantastic way to improve their physical fitness. The activity will be offered to a group of 24 cadets maximum for 12 sessions on Friday 18:00 to 19:00

About the event
The activity is held at Antoine Brossard High School on Friday afternoon from 18:00 to 19:00. To be eligible you must be available and committed to attend all 12 sessions. We are limited to a group of 24cadets. If you can not be available to attend ALL 12 sessions listed below, do not sign up.
