LAST CALL TO PREPARE YOUR SUMMER CAMP

Happy Canada Day Junior Wildcats!

We are a couple of days before the start of the 2024 Cadets Summer Camps

The objective of this post is to make sure you have EVERYTHING ready AND with you BEFORE you leave for your camp!

You need to have ALL of the following documents with you

1-SIGNED OFFER OF PARTICIPATION

This is the document you signed during the Summer Camp meeting on Friday June 7th. The copy that you have with you has 4 pages (2 on each sides) IT HAS TO BE SIGNED by the cadet AND the parent

2-Fill and print the CDT-130 Form with a voided check from your own bank account

3-Personal Property Log.

4-Personal Packing Checklist

This is THE list you need to make sure you put a check in all of the boxes:

5-Medication Record

6-Cadet Transportation Form You need to fill this ONLY If you take care of your transportation IN and OUT of the camps OR if your parents are picking you up after the final parade.
